Just who is this JT guy and how did he get his own corner?

My name is John Trebino, and I am a retired Police Officer from the City of Largo, Florida. I have been married to my wife Amy for 15 years and we have two boys, age 12 and 10. I currently live in Nebo, North Carolina, which is just east of Pisgah National Forest. I have been a life long athlete, and my current passion is mountain biking, and for that sport, there is no better place than western North Carolina.

Now for the most important part. While I considered myself a Christian throughout my life, I truly and completely came to Christ a little over 12 years ago. Despite being raised in a Catholic home, I never developed a personal relationship with Jesus as a child or young adult. It wasn’t until my late 30’s, when I was broken by several events in my life, that my pride and ego got out of the way and my heart changed. Since then, Christ has blessed me with the opportunity to: lead a life group, lead a prayer team, lead worship in many of his churches, serve as a Deacon, serve as a mentor in our public schools, develop and lead multiple public service initiatives as a police officer and produce the Powerbreak Podcast with my dear friend Bob. Blessed is an understatement.
